Al Maskari Holding Ltd is a family-owned strategic advisory firm based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, established in 1968 as Al Maskaria Establishment.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to reply to you and to carry out our work:

• What you send us by email — your name, organization, email address, and the description of your inquiry
• Correspondence and notes arising from conversations with you
• Information required for onboarding, including independence and conflict checks, and know-your-client requirements where they apply

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry
• To carry out independence and conflict checks before a mandate begins
• To deliver and administer mandates, including contracting and invoicing
• To meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

Confidentiality

Client information is confidential. We do not identify clients publicly without written permission, and we do not reference mandates, transactions or outcomes without it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the advisers and service providers who need it to deliver a mandate, and where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep information for as long as the mandate requires and for as long afterwards as statutory record-keeping obligations demand.

Your rights
